The remaining time is dedicated to your personal practice, one-to-one guidance, conversations and interactions with the group.

Creative Workshops
1-3 creative workshops are offered per week. The workshops include e.g. movement based ImpulseTraining, collage & creative writing, visualisation, connecting with nature, generative conversations and other creative activities.
Generative conversations
This communication method is based on growing new ideas one step at a time. It has the intention of exploring and expanding the subject, rather than trying to correct it.
ImpulseTraining is a movement based method that frees your mind and teaches you to improvise and communicate without using words. This improvisational fluidity can then be transferred to the stage, page or the canvas. (No movement experience is required.)
One-to-One guidance
Customized to participant's needs, there will be one-to-one sessions available with the instructor, where the participant can discuss their process and progress. Artists will be guided to best practice both personally and professionally.
Guided meditation
Meditation sessions are scheduled for each morning and evening. The sessions are led for the first two weeks and then continue as self-directed. Both, sitting and walking meditation will be included. (No previous experience is required.)
Yoga / Breathwork
Twenty-minute yoga sequences are held before meditation at the beginning and end of each day. Breathwork (Pranayama) will be led for the first two weeks and then continue self-directed. (No previous experience is required.)
Freedom to create & explore
The daily structure includes plenty of undistracted hours reserved for your own work, studio practice and research.
Connecting with nature
Participants will be introduced to the surrounding nature, forests, paths and the nearby nature reserve. The location allows you to immerse yourself in peaceful nature daily.
